1. Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how ADAA AZAN Holdings LLC, operating as SplaySplice ("we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on the Service. It supplements our Privacy Policy. The short version: we use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, and nothing beyond that.

2. Cookies vs. Local Storage

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store and send back on later requests. Local storage is similar, but it stays in your browser and is never automatically sent back to us. We use both, for different and narrow purposes described below.

3. Strictly Necessary Cookies We Use

We use a small number of first-party session cookies, set by our authentication provider, solely to keep you signed in and to verify who's making a request when you use the Service. These aren't optional — without them you can't log in or stay logged in — and we don't use them for advertising, analytics, or tracking you across other sites.

4. Local Storage

We use your browser's local storage — not cookies — to remember things like your saved watchlist and in-progress pipeline handoffs between tools (e.g. sending a WinnerScan result into AdFlow). This data stays on your device, isn't transmitted to us, and isn't used for analytics. Clearing your browser's site data for splaysplice.com will reset it.

5. Payment Processor Cookies

When you go to checkout, our payment processor's hosted checkout page may set its own cookies (for example, for fraud prevention) under its own privacy and cookie policy. We don't control these directly, and they're only present on the checkout page itself.

6. No Advertising, Analytics, or Tracking Cookies

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies on the Service. Our error-monitoring tool helps us catch and fix bugs — it does not use cookies and does not record your screen.

7. Managing Cookies

Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies in their settings. Since our only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in, blocking or deleting them will log you out and prevent you from signing back in — there's no separate cookie-preferences toggle for anything else, because we don't set any other kind.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time — most likely if that ever changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and where required, we will provide additional notice.
